Reset or Change the Account Password

Forgetting your password can be frustrating, but don't worry! Resetting or changing your password is a simple process and we want to make it easy for you to reset or change your password.

To change your password, simply go to the Zonbase account login page at https://www.zonbase.com/login and click on the link “Forgot your password” which can be found in the lower right part of the login form.

 

You will be asked to enter the email address that you used for signing up, where the new link to reset your password will be sent.

If your email address is recognized, you will receive a password reset link via email. Open the email and click on the password reset link.

You will then be taken to a page where you can create a new password. Make sure to choose a strong, secure password that is easy for you to remember.

Once you have entered your new password, you will be prompted to confirm the change. Follow the instructions to complete the process, once done click on 'Reset Password'.

You can now log in to your account with your new password.
