How to Generate Reports from Profits Tool?
In order to generate reports from Profits Tool, you need to follow the following steps:
First, you need to sign in to your Zonbase dashboard. Scroll down your screen and tap on the Reports in the Profits Section.The next step is you need to click on the “Generate Report” option. Now, select a specific store, for which you want to see how they are doing in terms of profits. For instance, you have selected the store “Pain Relief Chief”.
We have different types of reports in our Profits dashboard, you need to select a specific report type from the drop-down menu.
A profit and loss (P/L) statement summarizes the revenues, costs, and expenses incurred during a specific period. A P&L statement provides information about whether a company can generate profit by increasing revenue, reducing costs, or both.
ASIN Profitability Report:
ASIN Profitability reports take into account sales and refunds for ASINs within the date range you choose.
Brand Profitability Report:
Brand Profitability is a measure of a brand's profit relative to its expenses.
Inventory Valuation Report:
Inventory Valuation Report gives an understanding of the total cost of the inventory and potential profits from their sale.
Detailed Category Report:The Detailed Category Report type is used to quickly view details of all transactions assigned to one or more categories within a specific period of time. It is a simple way to view totals for your categories while seeing the details of the transactions that make up those totals.
You need to select a specific date range as well for which you want to see the profitability report. For instance, I have selected “Last Month”. You then need to click on Apply.
After selecting the store, report type, and your desired date range, click on Save.(Please note that the data generation process takes some time) As you can see, we already have the report prepared for the date range we requested. We can then download this report from the section “Actions”.
